Our process & FAQs
Once you've shared details about your home, goals, priorities, and budget, you can expect:
STEP 1
We meet.
We'll meet with you in your home (or virtually) to get to know you, understand your needs, and help determine why your current systems aren't working. We can also take detailed measurements and purchase products to fit your space and needs. (There is an additional charge for product purchases.)
STEP 2
We send a customized proposal.
We'll break down the project and goals we discussed, and provide options for you to choose from. We'll suggest short- and long-term solutions and a timeframe based on our team's schedule.
STEP 3
We handle it!
We'll pull everything out of the space, and then guide you through decisions about what to keep, donate, and discard.
We’ll communicate with you in person, by text, or with handwritten notes. When we're finished, everything will have a place in your home, be delivered to your favorite charity, or be discarded.
