Do I have to get rid of my stuff?

Yes and no. If you want a cleaner and more organized space, chances are good that we'll need to discuss some purging. In the end, however, it's your stuff. I understand that this is a personal topic. I respect your feelings about the sentiment and nostalgia.

When I meet with clients, I like to discuss your goals. Do you need a special project completed such as organizing your craft area? Do you want me to come in monthly for a maintenance reset? Or would you prefer an entire home reset? Are you preparing for a big life event such as a new baby, surgery, or downsizing? Whatever you desire, rest assured that this is a confidential meeting. There is also absolutely no judgement. Ever!

An old friend used to always tell me, "Stuff equals stress." I never knew what she meant until she encouraged me to begin purging a few items. After I began doing this periodically throughout the year, I noticed how much more peaceful our home was. I wasn't taking so much time putting away toys, doing laundry, and managing all of our stuff. I mean...did my family really need 64 water bottles?

You don't need to get ready for me to arrive. Let me just chat with you during our consultation. Reflect and process if we will work well together. We will probably make 3 piles: trash, keep, and donate/sell. You'd be surprised how much "stuff" we have in our homes that we can actually sell! Either way, you're not alone in this process. Let me take the stress from you. I'll be with you every step of the way.
